Minimal material properties and belt geometry is required to give a first pass minimum belt width, speed or capacity. Using standard geometry and equations of motion, the results are comparable to DIN, ISO and CEMA conveyor standards. The app caters for one, two or three carry idlers and trough angles from 0 to 45 degrees. In addition, belt inclination at loading and ore flowability / loading is catered for. There are no limits on the belt width that can be checked.
